2. Rental Requirements

• Minimum age for car rental: 21 years old. Drivers aged 21–24 may incur a Young Driver Supplement.
• Minimum age for ATV / Quad / Side-by-Side rental: 18 years old.
• A valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category is required at time of pickup.
• A valid credit or debit card in the driver's name is required for the security deposit.
• Passport or EU national ID card must be presented at pickup.
• The renter must be present in person at the time of vehicle collection.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone or in person. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include Greek VAT (ΦΠΑ) at the applicable rate. Prices include:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – basic insurance
• Third-party liability insurance
• Unlimited mileage
• Free delivery and collection across Mykonos
• 24/7 road assistance

Prices do NOT include: fuel, optional extras (baby seat, GPS, additional driver), excess reduction waiver.

3a. Prezzi Stagionali & Dinamici

Tutti i prezzi pubblicizzati sono tariffe base (bassa stagione, giorni feriali). Il prezzo finale mostrato durante la prenotazione riflette gli adeguamenti stagionali:

• Alta stagione (luglio & agosto): +25% di supplemento sul prezzo base.
• Mezza stagione (giugno & settembre): +10% di supplemento.
• Ritiro nel fine settimana (ven–dom): +8% di supplemento.
• Sconto lunga permanenza (7+ giorni): −10% dopo i supplementi.

Il prezzo esatto per le date selezionate è sempre mostrato chiaramente prima di confermare la prenotazione.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit (pre-authorisation) will be held on the renter's credit card at the time of vehicle pickup. The amount varies by vehicle category. The pre-authorisation will be released within 7–14 business days of return, provided no damage or additional charges are applicable.

5. Fuel Policy

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. They must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the cost of refuelling plus a service fee of €10 will be charged.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellazione gratuita fino a 7 giorni prima (carta) o 48 ore prima (pagamento al ritiro).
• Carta entro 7 giorni: NESSUN RIMBORSO.
• Pagamento al ritiro entro 48 ore: 1 giorno di noleggio.
• Mancata presentazione o restituzione anticipata: nessun rimborso.

7. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

• Vehicles may only be used on roads within Mykonos island. Taking vehicles off the island is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Pets may be transported with prior approval only.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
• Off-road use of standard cars is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Sub-renting or lending the vehicle to a third party is not permitted.

8. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance in accordance with Greek law. The standard CDW limits the renter's liability for damage to the vehicle to the security deposit amount. The renter remains fully liable for: damage to tyres, glass, roof, undercarriage, and interior; damage caused by driving under the influence; damage caused by gross negligence.

An optional Excess Reduction Waiver (SLI/TP) is available at an additional daily rate, reducing your excess liability to zero.

9. Accidents & Breakdowns

In the event of an accident, the renter must: immediately notify the Police (call 100) and our company; not move the vehicle until authorised; complete the European Accident Statement form. Failure to follow these steps may void insurance coverage.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Syros, Greece.
